Experience the benefits of yoga and join Paula on a 30-day yoga journey where you will commit to a daily practice including flowing vinyasa, hatha, functional movement and yin.

The 31-days of yoga starts gently with 10-15minute practices that gradually increases over the month to 30-minute practices. The calendar aims to support a commitment to a daily practice while taking the guess work out of choosing a class and you can experience for yourself the benefits of a consistent practice (increased wellbeing, deeper sleep, decreased stress levels and greater ease of movement to name a few!). While aiming to practice daily would be ideal, I completely understand that life can be unpredictable so dipping in and out or choosing a set amount of days that suits is also completely fine - the main thing is making it work for you.
